Pay Exchanger Refund Policy
We always try our best to avoid refunds and we try our best to satisfy client. A happy clients is out priority but sometime there could be some other reasons for refund. Our term and conditions for refund are listed below
- Refund is subjected to approval from Admin Operations
- You must provide valid reason to get refund.
- Our Fee is not refundable in case of refund. In case of refund you will get your money back minus Pay Exchanger Fee and minus Payment Processor fee.
- Refund request normally can take 1 hour to 72 hours depends on different factors.
- We reserve the right to decline your refund request and process your order, as you submitted.
